Space War

Space War is a variant of the classic game Spacewar! where players—either human or computer—compete to destroy each other''s ships through strategic firing and manoeuvring. Players control different ships in this game. One button rotates the ship left, another rotates it right, one engages thrust, another fires projectiles, and one activates hyperspace, allowing the ship to disappear and reappear randomly elsewhere on the playfield. The game offers various options, including the choice to have a central star that exerted a gravitational pull, whether the edges of the playfield wrapped around to the opposite side, and whether projectiles would bounce off surfaces.
